Operator and contact details
This notice describes the current service. The operator’s legal name, address, privacy contact and confirmed provider arrangements have not been supplied yet. They must be published before full launch. This notice is not a claim of privacy certification or completed regulatory compliance.
What is processed, and why

Hosting security and offline storage
Cloudflare delivery currently adds bot-protection scripts and a __cf_bm security cookie. Cloudflare documents a normal expiry after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Its security services may also use cf_clearance when checks are performed. These are provider security functions, not first-party advertising analytics. Cloudflare explains its cookies.
The preview endpoint has a short-lived, bounded request budget within each server instance. It uses a salted hash of the edge-provided network address in a bounded in-memory map; budgets expire after one minute and expired keys are discarded on the next request; it does not write this identifier to a visitor database. This is an abuse backstop, not an account or cross-site profile.
On supported browsers, a service worker stores only the versioned application and help shell on this device for offline access. Cached shell HTML may include the hosting provider’s injected security script. Requests to that provider script, TikTok videos, other third parties and the preview API are never cached by our service worker. Browser site-data settings remove this shell. Playback and fresh previews still need internet. Diagnostic event timings stay in the current session unless you explicitly copy a report; no analytics are transmitted.
Accounts, ads and payments
This version creates no first-party user account and has no shared SQL database of imported collections. It contains no first-party advertising or analytics scripts, payment processing or email subscriptions. We do not build a first-party advertising profile or sell the imported collection. TikTok’s own embed may use its own storage and processing under its policies; our statements about trackers do not describe TikTok’s systems.
If ads, accounts, payments or Instagram support are introduced, their data flows and any required choices must be disclosed before activation. No paid offer is available now.
Third parties and international processing
The site uses our hosting provider. Individual previews, thumbnails and player requests connect to TikTok and its providers; fallback preview requests may connect directly from your browser. TikTok governs its content, storage and playback. See TikTok’s privacy policy. If you are signed in to TikTok in this browser, TikTok may link playback to your account where browser cookies are allowed. Do not assume local import means anonymous video viewing.
The final operator must confirm the hosting processor relationship, lawful grounds for each processing purpose, transfer safeguards where required and the applicable rights/contact route before full launch. We do not state that all processing is confined to the EU or that these checks are complete.
Your choices and removal
Copy playback report is optional and writes session event timings and list positions to your clipboard only. It contains no video links or export contents and is not automatically sent to us.
Keep a free private backup through Your library → Backup & restore. Clear collection removes this device’s stored collection and reading position; clearing this site’s browser data also removes local settings/cache. Delete downloaded backups and the original TikTok file separately if you no longer want them. Clearing this tool does not unsave or unlike anything on TikTok, erase provider logs or delete a TikTok account.
Do not import an archive you are not entitled to use. This tool is not intended for children under 13; stricter local age requirements and TikTok’s requirements may apply. No passwords are requested.
Rights, contact and changes
Applicable law may give you rights of access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and the right to complain to a supervisory authority. The public operator/privacy contact is pending, so a request channel for provider-side processing is not available yet. Local removal and backup remain available. This missing contact is a full-launch blocker, not a waiver of your rights.
The date above identifies this notice. Material changes must be disclosed here and alongside any new data-collection feature; we do not treat continuing to browse as consent to new advertising or analytics.
